Every spec verified.
When the head comes off, we mic the bores, check the crank journals, and pressure-test the block. If a measurement is outside factory spec, we document it and call you — we don't make that decision for you.
Parts sourcing is OEM or equivalent-spec aftermarket only. We're not chasing price on injectors or turbo cartridges. Cheap parts come back. We'd rather you not.

Every fastener gets a calibrated torque wrench and a second pass. Head bolts follow the OEM sequence — no guessing, no shortcut. The torque sequence sheet lives in the job file permanently.
Before the truck leaves, it goes on the engine dyno. We're verifying power output, checking for smoke, and confirming fuel trim is within spec. You get the dyno sheet with your invoice.

Turbo Rebuilds
Full cartridge replacement, bearing inspection, compressor and turbine wheel balancing. BorgWarner and Holset units rebuilt in-house. We don't send turbochargers out.
Injector Diagnostics & Replacement
Individual injector flow-testing on our Hartridge bench. We identify the bad cylinder, not the bad guess. Genuine Cummins XPI and Detroit HPCR units only.
DPF Deletes & EGR Work
Off-road and competition use only. Filed with the appropriate documentation. Full EGR cooler replacement also available — we see a lot of cracked coolers on high-mileage ISX15s.
Full-Frame Inspections
Pre-purchase inspections, pre-DOT inspections, and post-accident assessments. We put the rig on the lift, check every cross-member, and give you a written report with photos.
